I have been looking for an app that will allow me to use my phone on my computer for some time now. I remember in Windows 8.1 how it had messages and guess what Windows 10 does too. The only problem here is that I cannot get it to work, I don’t know if its user error or what, but I have seen others do it and totally wanted to be able to text my boyfriend from my computer… cause why should I have to stop typing to pick up my phone to type there.
So I did some research and discovered that Samsung has actually created two different apps that basically do the same thing.
Samsung SideSync and Samsung Flow, they both bring your phone screen to your computer. Which is awesome and really useful.
The sad thing is though that I still can’t get messages on my computer from my phone. So I just downloaded Cortana and hopefully, she will intervene and start sending me my text messages. I used to use that and she would alert me at least. but she seems to be slipping.
You would think that with all the technology in the world and all the information out there that there would be a how-to list for something like this. I mean Apple devices have the technology to sync across devices. Why do we not have this with Andriod and Windows? Maybe its cause my phone is a Samsung and my computer is running Windows. Either way, this is complete BS! All I want is to be able to use the features that are on my computer and use them with my phone. I want to be able to read my text messages on my computer.
